Hi! I'm Sarah. I'm creative & passionate in my personal & professional life. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (VA & WA state), Registered Art Therapist, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional-Level II, and Certified Mental Health Integrative Medicine Provider. I believe in bringing a creative approach to all aspects of life. My counseling style is rooted in expressive arts therapy, polyvagal theory (nervous system stuff), somatic embodiment (body stuff), and trauma-informed yoga. I practice Trauma-Informed 12 Steps for those that need a witness for Step 5 or better support for Step 6.
We will work together to co-create treatment and what the best path may be for you. While I specialize in trauma and identity exploration, I work from a neurodivergent affirming perspective (no ABA here) to assist those with ADHD, Autism (low support needs), mood disorders, anxiety, panic, etc.
My work focuses on inclusivity and identity affirming practices. LGBTQ-PIA+, BDSM/kink, poly/consensual nonmonogamy, paganism, spirituality, etc. I want to help you discover who you are and everything you can become.
