I believe to move forward in life, especially through difficult times, one has to find the balance between acceptance and change. My goal in therapy is to aid you through your journey and help you to remove the feeling of being "stuck". My aims is to work with you in a collaborative and genuine manner. My approach is influenced by being trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction.
