I have 20 years experience in supporting growth and change with children and adults. My training and approach address your mind, heart & body in healing issues from relational or other trauma, to loss/transitions, to anxiety and grief about our world/climate. I use Internal Family Systems, Mindful Self Compassion, EMDR, attachment therapies, and Theraplay.
