In her clinical practice, Dr. Sarah Allen focuses on creating a safe and strong therapeutic relationship to facilitate positive change in her clients' lives. Sarah's clinical style has been particularly effective with clients with history of trauma, anxiety, depression, grief/loss, gender identity and sexuality issues, relationship problems, and interpersonal difficulties. She provides individual psychotherapy with adults.
Sarah completed her doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology at Antioch University New England in Keene, NH. Her areas of focus include young adult/adult development, anxiety, depression, grief/loss, trauma experiences, relational functioning, and personality development.
