I enjoy working and partnering with individuals who seek to enhance their well-being. Dealing with life's many trials can create a confusing environment for us and processing through those emotions can be difficult. I am here to walk with you and assist you through your journey. I am considered a trauma therapist through the life span and particularly work with adults and children struggling with complex PTSD and the effects of trauma. The specific traumas I work with are sexual trauma and childhood trauma. I also have a strong passion for individuals walking through the painful valley of infertility/reproductive trauma.
I can help my client's by assisting them on their healing journey by working through their trauma and empowering them. Because trauma knows no boundaries and affects all aspects of life, I work with children and adults and have specific trainings that make me a trauma informed therapist at a nervous systemic level.
My own personal experiences throughout my life with infertility and childhood trauma have driven me towards my devotion to helping others as well as advocating for how beneficial and critical counseling is for the individual, no matter what stage in life one may find themselves in.
