I am a certified perinatal specialist focused on maternal and paternal mental health concerns at all stages of the parenting journey. From the decision to become parents, to coping with miscarriage or infertility concerns, I am interested in helping people at all stages create their own versions of realistic parenting in today’s society. I work with couples seeking relationship therapy that centers on perinatal/postnatal or parenting concerns. I also work with parents of adult children regarding their relationships or if estrangement has occurred.

I am deeply curious about how cultural, social, and familial stories shape who we tell ourselves we “should” be. I also think about how life outside the therapy session informs the progress desired in therapy (think: rest, cellphone use, hobbies, and play). I used narrative and cognitive behavioral strategies to find pathways to change.

I help clients to find more mindful, flexible, and value-aligned ways of living for themselves and their relationships.
