The Spiritual Journey in Pregnancy

This 8 week class starts 3/16/14 and was created for expectant mothers to be supported and cultivate community as they journey through pregnancy. They will gain tools to deepen emotional awareness, anchor into their bodies wisdom and create conscious connection with their babies! This class is very experiential and uses a variety of modalities including; body awareness, meditation, movement, guided imagery, personal sharing and journaling.
