I have experience working with individuals diagnosed with bipolar, schizophrenia, depression, and anxiety. My client-centered approach includes utilizing mindfulness, boundary-setting, grief processing, narrative therapy, ACT, and DBT. I am also a Gottman Level 1 trained therapist.
I graduated from Arizona State University, a bachelor of journalism and a master of social work. There is great therapeutic power in sharing our stories and perspectives, and I look forward to working with each individual. I believe in the special insight you have into your life and provide an environment for you to explore, stretch and grow.
