I look at each client as an individual and cater their therapy experience to their specific needs and goals. Therapy is a collaborative experience and by utilizing a strength-based, person centered approach, I strive to create a safe, non-judgemental space where clients can feel seen, heard and feel empowered.
My specialties include trauma, grief, anxiety and general mental health. I am trained in a wide variety of modalities, including Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS), mindfulness and somatic experiencing.
I provide both individual psychotherapy and couples counseling in a virtual setting for people in Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia.
