I am committed to working collaboratively with you to identify your personal goals, and will provide guidance and support to help you gain self-awareness and inspire positive change.
I use a variety of therapeutic modalities including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Collaborative Therapy, and Gestault Therapy, and tailor my therapeutic approach to your individual needs. I specialize in the treatment of complex trauma, PTSD and mood disorders, and have a history working with substance abuse.
