Greetings! Seeking counseling can be difficult for myriad reasons. When you aren't certain about what to do next, connecting with a professional who has experience, training and compassion can be just what you need. You want to feel more confident, calm and powerful within yourself, and to heal from past conflicts and losses, right? Together, we can accomplish that. My clients are often neuro-diverse, struggling with parenthood, in challenging relationships, are highly sensitive people (HSPs), or are coping with life transitions or vocational issues. You are the expert on yourself, and I'm the expert in mental health. Let's talk!
I enjoy working with adults of all ages and older teens. My goal is to help clients gain perspective, learn coping skills, and recognize and utilize their natural strengths and resources. I use a holistic approach, working with clients not only on mental health but also maintaining physical wellbeing. I often discuss sleep habits, nutrition, and hydration.
