My name is Sara Campbell and I am so glad you are here. Starting therapy is hard and scary especially if you've had a bad experience with therapy in the past. Or maybe you have been struggling by yourself for so long, the idea of opening up and being vulnerable is difficult. I try my best to make it easier by focusing on building trust from the beginning (this means we go at your pace) and making your goals the focus of our sessions. I am passionate about working with the perinatal population as well as anyone experiencing anxiety, depression, or general life stressors.
I believe life is meant to be lived in connection with one another. Therefore, I try to connect all my clients who are interested with community resources and value working with professionals from other fields to provide a holistic approach to treatment.
