Hey there! I am so glad you are here. I know how much courage and vulnerability it takes to seek out counseling. You are incredibly brave to take this step! I love working with teens, college students, young professionals, and women-identifying persons through the lifespan. I have experience with a variety of concerns including: anxiety, depression, life transitions, emotion regulation, relationship challenges, identity exploration, healthy assertiveness/boundary setting, body image, communication skills, and trauma.
I describe my style as the three C’s – Connection, Community, and Creativity. I draw from attachment theory, person-centered therapy, and interpersonal neurobiology. I also practice from a feminist/sociological lens to explore how our community & culture shapes who we are. I also love incorporating expressive arts, creativity, and humor into our work.
