SanaMente Counseling LLC

SanaMente Counseling (SMC) is a small private mental health group practice that believes in taking a mindfulness based and holistic attitude towards the treatment of mental health and wellness. We work collaboratively with clients to help them establish their goals, attain them, and feel better in the process. We provide individual, family, couples, group therapy, mindfulness, meditation, and wellness classes. In addition, SMC is specialized in trauma therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, Gottman methods, and more.
