My style is person-centered, trauma-informed, and culturally-sensitive. I will tailor treatment to help guide you towards your goals, using evidence-based techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), motivational interviewing, and more. Sessions are offered via teletherapy.
