RO-DBT Radically Open Dialectical Behavior Therapy
RO-DBT is a treatment for clients who struggle with high self-control that negatively impacts their ability to connect and interact with others. Our society tends to praise overcontrol, however when it goes too far it can lead to loneliness, social isolation, and the feeling of having friends but not feeling connected to them. This 30-week class seeks to support emotionally over-controlled adults who struggle with loneliness, perfectionism, and authentic connection and teaches important skills focused on being more receptive, flexible, and placing value on social connectedness. Join our 30-week class at any time, $75 per week.
