Accepting New Clients! Life can present with many challenges and stressors that can be difficult to navigate. My focus is on helping through support, empathy and understanding. I work with adolescents, teens, and adults who are dealing with anxiety/depression, trauma, stress, family/relationship issues and addiction. I am PSI trained (perinatal mental health) and provide support with all postpartum stressors. My approach is to be collaborative and provide comfort through the therapy process.
I use a person-centered approach to establish and build a therapeutic relationship. I also use CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and MI (motivational interviewing) to help obtain goals and improve ones daily life.
