I work with anxiety, life transitions, setting boundaries, and relationship issues, and with clients/couples of all genders and sexuality. I also work extensively with couples; eating disorders; and provide trauma-informed care. I have completed Level 1 Gottman Method training and completed training in Prolonged Exposure Therapy for PTSD at UPenn.
