Adult Children of Dysfunctional Families Group

If you grew up with a parent who struggled with substance abuse, depression, PTSD, anxiety, or conflictual relationships, this online group is for you. Over 4 weeks, we will discuss the impact of families of origin, why you may never feel "normal," your frustration with your family currently and/or considerations for those who have gone low/no contact, how to set boundaries and have healthy relationships in your life now, and how to cut yourself some slack for not having "gotten over" the childhood experiences that shaped you.
