In my practice, I offer a judgment-free approach in an inclusive and safe space.
My training is in person-centered therapy, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care. I tend to utilize the fundamentals of Internal Family systems (IFS) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy(DBT) with an expertise in working with anxiety, depression, relationship/interpersonal issues, body grief, life transitions and PTSD.
Together, we can explore any number of difficulties you are facing and work towards a more hopeful future, with my goal being to assist you in resilience, acceptance, and compassion.
