My goal is to facilitate a relationship between you and the horse to serve as a metaphor and agent for change. This relationship is built through ground activities, no riding involved.
Psychotherapy incorporating equines is a form of mental health counseling and can be provided as the sole form of counseling or may be used in conjunction with other behavioral healthcare services. Research has shown that interactions in outdoor settings with animals help decrease anxiety, stress, depression, and increase clarity.
