I have training in a range of evidenced-based modalities to cater my approach to your specific needs, including EMDR, CBT, DBT, MI, and IFS. I specialize in treating trauma, PTSD, anxiety and depressive disorders, life transitions, and women’s issues. I have expertise treating survivors of intimate partner violence, sexual assault, and child abuse/neglect.
