I am the founder and creative director of FUEL therapy. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in the treatment of eating disorders and anxiety disorders in Rochester, New York. I have specialized training in eating disorders, though my interests span fields of sport & performance psychology, women's health, medical family therapy, and LGBTQ+ populations. My previous education and research includes work within neuroscience, anatomy & kinesiology, biochemistry, dance science, yoga, meditation, mindfulness, and somatic techniques.
I am a strong believer in the integration of body and mind as a means to self-empowerment and positive change.
