Email is the best way to reach me. I am a licensed clinical social worker with a rich and varied history of work in the mental health field. My clinical experience includes work in residential, community mental health, law enforcement, and crisis intervention services. I have expertise in the treatment of depression, anxiety, trauma related disorders, addictions, self-harm, behavioral concerns, suicidal ideations, psychosis spectrum disorders, and personality disorders. I have experience working with young children to older adults.
I am an honest, compassionate and open-minded. I strongly believe emotions must be felt and released in order to live a fulfilled life. I am happy to walk alongside those who are going through difficult times or struggling with an ongoing mental illness. I utilize EMDR, CBT and DBT and a variety of other interventions to best fit my client's needs.
Therapy is about building a positive relationship that requires trust and comfort. My goal is to create a safe space for you to share your story.
