I have experience helping children, adolescents, and adults work through challenges brought on by their anxiety, depression/other mood disorders, ADHD, and OCD. I helped families navigate relational conflicts, communication, divorce/family separation, blending and challenges related to having a family member with mental health or developmental challenges.
