MSC is a research-based training program in self-compassion. Self-compassion has been linked to trauma resiliency, body satisfaction and appreciation, healthy aging, decreased depression, decreased anxiety, increased relationship satisfaction, and maintenance of health-related behaviors like diet and exercise. Our teachers were trained by Kristin Neff, Ph.D. and Christopher Germer, Ph.D., the developers of the program. More general information about MSC can be found on the Center for MSC website: www.centerformsc.org. More detailed information about our course can be found on our website: www.threeriversmindfulness.com. Registration is required to attend.
