I have specialized training in couples, parenting/co-parenting and cognitive behavioral therapy. I trained in Imago Therapy, which focuses on the relationship rather than the individual. I am certified in Positive Discipline, which supports raising self-reliant and responsible children with a positive approach. I also enjoy working with teenagers.
One of the key ingredients to successful therapy is having a good connection with your therapist. If you develop a trusting relationship with your therapist, you will do better work.
