We address: - How to ENJOY life addiction-free - Triggers to, and Prevention of, Relapse - Necessary Lifestyle Changes - Relationship Repair - Alternatives to self-medicating pain - Strengthening our Bodies, Emotional Resiliency and Spiritual Lives - Why me? Self-pity. - Understand others' responses - Why me? Genetics, Learned behavior - Legal Issues - Quitting for OURSELVES, not others. - Meets once a week.
