I appreciate the therapeutic journey for every client. It takes a lot of courage, vulnerability, and bravery to take the step to seek out support and seek change in one’s life. I’m here to be a collaborative partner in that journey of helping motivated clients find hope, peace, and clarity to life’s struggles. I find it important to create realistic and healthy goals in the therapy process as well as celebrate the small victories along the way. I’m a huge advocate of a client-centered approach in therapy because therapy is finding your voice and gaining confidence in allowing others to hear it in healthy and constructive ways.
I have a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy and I have experience working with individuals, couples, and families. I enjoy working with children and teens and their parents to help find creative solutions to family struggles. I love helping clients navigate life’s challenges by being their co-pilot on their journey of finding their personal happiness.
