I am passionate about my work as a therapist and deeply committed to helping people make positive change in their lives. My work is informed by my training in psychoanalysis, cognitive-behavioral techniques and mindfulness as well as my ten plus years of experience in the field. I see each client as unique and tailor my approach to meet his/her unique needs. Through our collaborative work, I help my clients explore their issues and concerns in a safe, supportive environment so that they can understand themselves better, feel better about themselves and develop more fulfilling relationships with others.
I work with individuals and couples and have a particular interest in working with parents. In my couples work, I incorporate EFT (Emotionally Focussed Therapy) and Imago techniques.
