Virtual Women’s Trauma Support Group

This women’s virtual trauma support group is an opportunity to connect, share personal experiences and feelings, receive psycho-education, process grief/loss, and discuss coping strategies. We can lean on each other during these isolating times of social restrictions. This group is restricted to 4-6 adult female participants (ages 20+ to mid 30s). Support groups are available twice a week with two different time slots via a secured telehealth platform. Ms. Feliciana Guanzon leads this group. Ms. Guanzon, (She/Her/Hers) is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, who has years of group therapy experience and trauma work.
