One of the most important factors in therapy is having a positive therapeutic relationship where trust can be formed and the person feels validated.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) trained in mental health issues and trained in Psychodynamic and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I am also a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC) and have worked extensively with people who have substance abuse issues.
