Middle school is stressful enough! When you add in issues like anxiety or depression, it can feel even harder to manage. This group is designed to help you feel validated, less alone, and to learn strategies for managing your symptoms. Some of these strategies include CBT, mindfulness skills, and solution-focused therapy. What better time to focus on learning new skills than over the summer? Group will meet for 6 sessions beginning June 7 on Fridays at 10:30am.

Anxiety & Depression Management: High School
This group is designed to help young adults who are in high school and transitioning to college to manage their depression and anxiety symptoms. High school and the transition to life after high school can be so challenging and is made more difficult when you feel alone! This group will help you learn mindfulness skills, how to process emotions instead of avoiding feeling them, and allow clients to feel less alone. This group will meet weekly starting on Friday, June 7th at 12pm.

Thriving in Motherhood: Supporting Moms
Are you feeling overwhelmed in motherhood? Wish you could be the carefree parent you always intended to be? Overstimulated by all of the information out there regarding raising your kiddos? This group is designed to help moms who are feeling inundated with the mental load of motherhood and the day-to-day stress of being a parent. This group is intended to help you feel supported, learn skills and strategies to keep yourself regulated when your children are dysregulated, and help be your village in motherhood. Group will meet weekly for 6 weeks beginning on Friday, June 7th at 9am.
