Deciding to enter therapy can be difficult for some individuals. Sometimes dealing with feelings of depression, anxiety or life's transitions can be overwhelming. When entering a counseling relationship with me I will provide a safe, caring and confidential environment to explore these feelings.
It is my goal to build strong minds and strong lives by helping my clients increase their awareness, which will foster new growth and thereby transform their lives.
I encourage and teach people how to operate out of their strengths and to make positive changes in their lives.
I assist my clients in living more successful lives. Having a successful life means being true to who you are and knowing and fulfilling your purpose on a daily basis while overcoming setbacks. Success is indeed a journey and not a destination, having more positive moments than negative.
There are many different methods I may use to deal with the problems you hope to address in a supportive and empathetic process of discovery and resolution. The main goal is for therapy to lead to better relationships, solutions to specific problems, and significant reduction in feelings of distress.
