I understand how risky it is to be vulnerable and I also understand how difficult it is to choose someone to trust with your life's secrets with. We face many challenges in life and it is OKAY to ask for help. My goal as a clinician is to assist you in identifying your life goals, collobartively create a plan to tackle those goals and provide you with the tools and skills to achieve them. We often convince ourselves that the information that we add to facts are also facts. This can cause severe emotional distress. I would love to help you begin to let go of negative thought processes and begin to experience reality as it is.

I specialize in treating adult/individuals with histories of: trauma, substance abuse, interpersonal relationship challenges, co-dependence, career burnout and people living with symptoms of depression, anxiety and PTSD. I incorporate several evidence based modalies into my practice including: EMDR, Parts work and Cognitive/Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.
