I specialize in helping individuals and couples overcome personal and relationship blocks. We will discuss your personal history, your strengths and goals, then tailor a treatment plan addressing your needs. My focus is to help achieve greater awareness of your automatic internal dialogue and patterns of emotional reactions that underlie your symptoms so that you can become more sensitive to your unspoken needs and achieve more fulfilling relationships.

As we proceed I work to thoroughly understand the underlying causes of your difficulties. We will begin to see layers of feelings and thoughts that were forgotten or suppressed. Over time, you discover a deeper self-awareness, understand the origins of your symptoms and achieve greater freedom from these symptoms.
