Groups
Autistic Support Groups (Virtual)
Our virtual groups for autistics 12+ are based on the life stage of the group members, so that they have more in common with each other. Groups include Young Teen, Older Teen, Adults Not Living Independently, Independent Young Adults, Independent Adults, and Older Adult Autistics. Currently, autist groups are for those with Level 1 ASD or Asperger’s Syndrome. Anyone who identifies as such is welcome! This includes diagnosed, awaiting diagnosis, suspected, and self-diagnosed.

Queer Autistic Support Groups (Virtual)
These groups are for autistic teens and adults who identify as gender or sexually queer. This is a participant-led group discussing biopsychosocialspiritual and sexual queer topics important to the participants. This group does not replace a traditional autism support group which covers broader age-specific autism topics.

Family and Friends of Autistics Groups (Virtual)
These groups are for anyone who wants to know and understand the autistic in their life. Groups are broken down by your relationship to the autistic person in your life. We offer Parents and Guardians of Autistics, Partners and Spouses of Autistics, and Autistic Couples (both are autistic). We also offer an Autistic Allies psychoeducational group for friends, teachers, bosses, caregivers, siblings, grandparents, or anyone else who has an autistic in their life.
