My approach is grounded in strengths-based principles, recognizing the resilience and inner resources that each person possesses. I work with teens 16 years and older, young adults/college aged folks, and adults of all ages. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming, and neurodivergent affirming.
Through our work together, you will learn practical skills for coping with difficult feelings and painful thoughts, while also gaining insight into the root causes of your struggles. I use curiosity, compassion, and creativity in the therapeutic process, guiding clients towards a deeper understanding of themselves.
