I am accepting new clients as of JANUARY 1, 2024 for VIRTUAL psychotherapy only. I have been working in the field Mental Health since 2005. This is not quick fix therapy, this is deep, longer term psychodynamic psychotherapy, offering CBT/MI methods and EMDR when appropriate. Psychotherapy is not just a science, it is an ART. It takes YEARS of dedication to this craft to eventually help people make changes to their lives. I can help deactivate trauma and help you work towards feeling better about yourself so that you can have healthier relationships with people and yourself!
I work with a wide range of individuals and issues. While I specialize in various types of trauma, I work with issues around attachment, identity, LGBTQ +, life transitions, mood dysregulation and issues unique to MEN . I use EMDR for a wide range of issues including relapse prevention, eating disorders in remission, self esteem, relational trauma and more.
I continue to work cross demographically and with an array of issues including: Big T and small t traumas, relational trauma, attachment issues, life transitions, loss, mood disruptions, LGBTQ + and more. I work best with individuals who have had previous experience in psychotherapy. I am happy to reduce my fee for those that need it. Please email me!
