I am committed to understanding individuals' unique stories and finding solutions grounded in their own experiences and resources. As a life-long learner, I practice cultural humility and enjoy working with people of all identities and cultural backgrounds.

My clinical training includes narrative, solution-focused, multicultural, and family systems therapies. Additionally, I use techniques from CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and emotion focused therapy.
