As a clinical psychologist working for the military for the last 12 years, I have had the unique opportunity to help a diverse group of people with a wide variety of challenges. I have spent considerable time specializing in trauma, anxiety, depression, and sleep problems. However, the biggest gains have been with patients who were ready for change and willing to be challenged. Patients have said they appreciate my low-key style and one-on-one sessions that are problem-focused while acknowledging the past.
