If you're feeling stuck, anxious, or depressed, I'm glad you're here. My goal is to support you in getting relief, clarity, and hope. I am a licensed therapist in the states of CA, FL, SC, TX, & CT. I enjoy utilizing mind & body integration for both growth and healing, while also collaborating with you to cultivate balance and meeting your goals. I work with clients who experience challenges in their intimate relationships, big and small traumas, anxiety, and attachment wounds. It's important to me that you feel comfortable in our sessions. We are on this journey of your healing together and my style is collaborative and warm.
I work with survivors of trauma (sexual, emotional, physical, neglect, abandonment). I'm EMDR & Brainspotting certified, which is a research based therapy that helps to process past trauma, and come to a place of inner resolution. I know that one size fits all doesn't work, so my style is to collaborate with you in your therapy. Your future can be peaceful.
I'm also trained and certified in a variety of interventions including Havening Techniques, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Relationship Therapy. I offer online therapy and in person therapy in Encino, CA. You can participate in your therapy sessions out of the comfort and convenience of your own home. I look forward to supporting you.
