Narcissistic Abuse Support Group
Narcissistic abuse occurs when the invalidation is chronic and long lasting and disrupts our sense of self and the internal validity of our needs and emotional experiences. This group aims to provide support and collective processing of these experiences in a safe supportive environment while helping to rewrite the narratives of your lived experiences. We will also explore strategies for managing narcissistic abuse, including, communication strategies and DBT distress tolerance skills. Aetna, Cigna, Highmark and United Behavioral Health/Optum accepted.

Virtual Lgbtqia+ Young Adult Group
This group is designed for teenagers and young adults, specifically those who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer/questioning or otherwise in terms of sexual orientation, gender expression, and or gender identity (LGBTQIA+). The group will focus on psychoeducation, processing discussion, and tools for boundaries and emotion regulation. Facilitated by Sam Memon & Alexandra Anthony.

Parental Loss Grief Group
This group is designed for individuals who have lost one of both parents and are struggling through the grieving process. The group will focus as a support group and will provide psychoeducation on grief and coping skills for grief, as well as support from other members in the group.
