Stress, Isolation, Depression due to Covid-19
The effects of the recent Pandemic are far reaching. People are dealing with increased anxiety, loneliness, sadness, confusion. This group will focus on normalizing your feelings, with the comfort of knowing you are not alone. We will learn and practice skills for coping, including mindfulness, relaxation, visualization. We will develop a set of resources, networks and strategies to mitigate isolation. Locating laughter, happiness and satisfaction will be an important goal. It is hard to reach out but it can be a path to feeling more grounded and happier. Groups will be virtual or meet outdoors.

This is a group for women who are in a relationship with a hurtful or narcissistic man. The Covid environment has made these relationships more difficult. The group will provide support, validation, information. There will be a focus on understanding what makes some women more vulnerable to these relationships. A significant goal of the group is to develop greater self esteem and to learn tools for self empowerment. Join us. Start to feel better and better able to find the happier, healthier relationship that you deserve. Groups will be virtual or held in an outdoor setting.

Pre-teens and Teenagers With Anxiety
Anxiety in teenagers is increasing at a staggering rate. Many "silently suffer". Anxiety and Trauma have increased as a result of the Covid-19 Pandemic in the world. The group will provide safety, and support so members can share thoughts and feelings and learn that they are not alone. We will also focus on how to shift belief systems. We will practice relaxation skills, emotional regulation, mindfulness, in a "You Rock" environment to build confidence and esteem. At this time groups will be run virtually or in an outdoor setting.
