This group invites participants to tackle issues nearly everyone is concerned about: dieting, weight, body image and self-esteem. Supportive, educational and creative activities will be used to explore the connections between food, body and self.whether anorexia, bulimia, or binge eating disorder. Relapse prevention skills as well as a safe environment will be provided to help you in your recovery and overall healing process. * Due to COVID, groups are postponed.
