With Families, I use Emotionally Focused Family Therapy, a research-based therapy with a high success rate. With individuals, I use Brainspotting and Developmental Trauma Resolution to lessen the trauma burden.
I have been helping couples, individuals, and families with relationship-related issues for the last 30 years as a Relationship Coach and now for 5 years as a therapist.
