I create a confidential space for you to safely explore your mental health concerns & gain practical tools to apply to your daily life. I offer short- & long-term therapy. I collaborate with you to understand your needs & goals. Then I create a treatment plan that is unique for you, based on what you need. I teach tools that have been proven to work in the past for my clients or for me. My clients tend to struggle with anxiety, depression, self-comparison, body image/EDs, trauma, abuse, substance use/addiction, relationship issues, spirituality questions, lack of self-esteem/confidence, stress, setting boundaries, & communication.
I use techniques from CBT, Family Systems theory & Narrative therapy as well as hypnosis & psychedelic integration. I offer a holistic approach, bringing in practices like breathwork, mindfulness, inner child, forgiveness & shadow work. Clients say they are grateful for the warm rapport we share & for my collaborative approach, knowledge & professionalism.

Psilocybin Microdosing & Psychedelic Integration
VIRTUAL GROUP! Next Cohort starts June 2024, once full. This group is for you if you’re exploring healing through psilocybin and want more guidance along your journey. We discuss where to begin and common protocols. Mondays 5:30 - 7:00 pm for 8 weeks. Each group includes a short lecture & meditation or breathing exercise. Must commit to 8 sessions. $375.
