Welcome! When working with clients, I provide a casual and comfortable space that empowers you to navigate your thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and life experiences. Doing so will be challenging, yet rewarding as we work together to identify steps needed to achieve your goals. Therapy with me is a team effort, taken at your own pace. We will identify your strengths and use those as tools to build resiliency, create change, and ignite personal growth. I also offer services tailored to athletes, teams, coaches, or parents through an applied approach. We will navigate the unique experiences that the world of sports offers.

I believe in creating an empathetic and respectful relationship that explores solutions and a deeper understanding to your specific concerns. My hope is to also offer new perspectives. As a former Division I athlete, I also understand the unique challenges athletes may face, which include sport performance anxiety, life stressors, burnout, and self-image..

I will provide you with skills and tools to manage, cope, apply and create effective balance in your life. We will work together, identify goals, improve performance and overcome current obstacles.
