I have a passion for helping people reach their goals whether it is personal, relational, occupational or any other domain in your life. I became a therapist because I enjoy helping people and I enjoy understanding what makes each person unique. It is through this understanding that I am able to get to the root of the problem and help walk alongside my clients through their journey of healing.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and I have Master's degrees in Mental Health Counseling and Sport & Exercise Psychology. I treat various mental health issues, but specialize in OCD/Anxiety, Substance Use, and Addiction as well as Sport Psychology.
I pride myself in understanding my clients and their situations so that I can individualize treatment to them. My goal is to encourage and direct everyone that I work with as well as to help them access the tools that they need to be successful and reach their goals.
