Each of us has lived a unique life which has led us to where we are today. Unfortunately, at times we find ourselves on a path that is uncomfortable or even painful. Parenting, depression, stress, relationships, and life transitions often create challenges for us. My 15+ years of experience working with people from diverse circumstances and my training in tested therapy models, have rooted my practice in a deeply felt respect for each of my clients.

I often use ACT, CBT, and EFT techniques and I also draw heavily from Relational Life Therapy school of thought and the research of the Gottman Institute.
